Doctoral Studentship in Entrepreneurship at Lund University, Sweden

Eligibility:
To be qualified the applicant must hold either a Masters degree or have completed 240 ECTS credits of university studies. Furthermore, we require at least 90 ECTS credits in a subject relevant to the PhD. The applicant must also have completed a thesis equivalent to 15 ECTS credits in a relevant subject. Proficiency in spoken and written English is a requirement.

Scholarship Description: The PhD programme in Business Administration at Lund University is a four-year programme for a doctoral degree. The doctoral degree consists of two parts, courses (90 ECTS credits) and a thesis (150 ECTS credits). During the program the PhD candidate will author a PhD thesis, as well as participate in courses and seminars. As a doctoral student you will mainly be working with your research project, but you can also be given more general tasks at the department, e.g. teaching, research or administrative work, in accordance with the regulations. Rules for employment as a Doctoral student are stated in “The Higher Education Ordnance (SFS 1998:80), Chapter 5″). The PhD will be part of existing projects at the Sten K. Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship. At the moment we are looking for PhD candidates in the areas of self-employment entry and/or entrepreneurial learning.
