EPIKUR is strongly connected to its partners from the study region and to international universities and research institutes. The doctoral candidate is expected to complete a dissertation of high scientific quality and policy impact. The successful candidate will use different crop growth models for spatially assessing current and for projecting future crop yields under scenarios of climate and technological changes in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
