(CdTe and CZTS Labs) are seeking a good Phd candidate for research on thin film solar cells (CdTe and CZTS), our laboratory is renowned in this topic, we are equipped with 3 evaporation machines, one sputtering machine, two furnaces, one atomic force microscopy, one C-V/I-V characterization system with cryostat, chemical bath deposition, etc...
The candidate should have a good solid state physics background, should be able to work in team with good will and with attitude in working with experimental deposition and characterization machines.
