the scholarships are made possible through a bequest left to Concordia by Mr. Alfred Bacher. Mr. Bacher was a Concordia alumni from the class of 1965 the Faculty of Arts and Science.
the scholarships are open to applicants seeking admission to a master’s program, there is no citizenship restrictions. Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.7/4.3 (A-) or greater in all their university studies and demonstrated academic achievement in order to be considered for the scholarship.
Selection of the candidates will be based on their admission application.
The award is valued at $3,333 per term and is tenable within the first three terms of a master’s program. The scholarship is non-renewable. Recipients must maintain a GPA of 3.7/4.3 or greater and good academic standing throughout tenure of their award.
All awards are subject to Concordia’s Regulation on Holding Multiple Awards.
